Oh how I wish I had selected a different company! This a/c was installed in May, 2022. I've had to call for repairs 5 times now. I was promised over a month ago the condensate pump would be replaced, and my 1st maintenance would happen. And now, when I am facing surgery on Friday a.m. and family coming in tomorrow, I have no a/c. The pump is clogged again. The minimal staff you do have are very nice and polite. Zack is great. But no one ever follows up. Got a phone call late yesterday to set up the service that was promised over a month ago and today the unit is not working, again. A new unit. What good is a first year complete guarantee when the unit has been down so often? My old unit did not need repairs this often in a 9 month period. What a waste of a guarantee. I need my a/c running. I paid for a new a/c and I need it running. When you have severe back pain, it is even worse when you are hot! I am sure this will be fixed tomorrow a.m., correct???

The plumbing for the pool is leaking, both at the ground level as well as on the roof, since the hurricane, leading to issues that were identified by your technician on his last visit to the house to inspect the heater. Heater is shutting off due to low flow with the leakage. Would like to get the plumbing fixed to correct the issue.

I think it’s time to schedule my annual maintenance on AC

We need to have our external unit looked at. I do not believe it took any flood water but is making a pretty loud noise when operating at night.(next to kids room) also need to have UV light repaired near air handler. We sent you text of that in the past and you said it would be fixed on next service. We also need to know how to handle the ducts for our AC. We did have water during the storm come out of the ducts. not sure if it was seeping in around the ceiling fixture or actually in the the ducts themselves.

We would also like to get a quote for a new pool heater. That did have flood water in it.

For some reason after the storm our air conditioner is actually heating and not cooling. We have it on the cool temperature setting and a temperature set at 75 and it actually got up to 83 in the house. You can feel the hot air blowing out of the vents. Maybe it’s some thing with the thermostat got messed up. We shut off the breaker turned it back on tried a few different things and it still is blowing hot air. My unit is brand new, since May, 2022. Will not cool down.... won't even go on if you reduce the required air temp. Condensate pump is also not working. My home is way too warm for a brand new a/c. It will come on after a while and then only cool down 1-2 degrees. Last night was not good! Waited till 8:00 am to call for service and only got an answering machine. What's up? Air cooling is working fine. But at the start, the motor runs for about 30 seconds, then stops for a few seconds, then starts back up for its full cycle. I'm thinking this might be extra wear on motor. What do you think?

My AC is currently not working. There's no air coming out of the vents and the outside unit is not working. I tried the shop vac at the drain. I also checked the breaker and it was fine.

Good afternoon, it's me again. We got your estimate for the new air conditioner back in May and we realize it was only good for 30 days. Will you please do another estimate and also add duct work for the game room like we had originally talked about. Also, I am afraid we might need new duct work throughout the house. Good Morning! This past summer in July you all helped us out and replaced our outside unit. We have had no problems. This morning when we woke up I noticed the house was sweltering. I checked all the usual issues. Over flow is clear of water. All breakers are okay. It sounds like the thermostat is clicking when I turn it back on but the unit is not turning on at all. I don't know if there is anything else I can troubleshoot? I have shut down everything. My husband works nights at the Hospital so he is sleeping now. If there is anything else we are missing to try please let me know and I can have him do that soon. Jennifer I messed up so badly I am sooooooo sorry!!! When I came home yesterday and thought there was something stuck in the fan motor outside I thought the issue was fix.. it's not I'm so sorry it's so hot... I was trying to avoid a server charge and pray the issues were gone because we've been out of work since March and I just started working again it's all so expensive to fix! I took a picture of the unit like the guy yesterday asked me to because he figured it was the fan and I was to stubborn to let him look because we don't have $50 for just a service call right now.
